Effective date: 1 January 2025. These terms apply to all registered members of kkjl operating within the Philippines.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use kkjl. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. kkjl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by another party, you must notify us immediately through the support channel provided on this platform. We reserve the right to suspend any account where unusual activity, multiple login attempts, or suspected fraudulent behaviour is detected. Account suspension does not automatically result in balance forfeiture unless a breach of these Terms and Conditions is confirmed through our internal review process.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on kkjl are conducted exclusively in Philippine pesos (₱) through supported local payment channels, including popular Philippine e-wallets and mobile banking services. There is no currency conversion step, and no foreign exchange margin is applied to your deposits or withdrawals. The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time at kkjl's discretion with reasonable prior notice. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen channel and any verification requirements that apply to your account. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate — kkjl cannot be held liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect account or e-wallet information submitted by you.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent qualifying deposit unless an alternative arrangement has been approved by our support team. kkjl reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a threshold set by our compliance team. Withdrawals submitted during business hours on Philippine banking days are typically processed within the timeframe stated in your account dashboard. kkjl does not charge internal withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges independent of our platform. Any balance that has been credited through a promotional arrangement may be subject to additional wagering conditions before becoming eligible for withdrawal, as outlined in the specific promotion terms at the time of the offer.

3. Betting Rules and Sports Markets

All bets placed on kkjl are subject to the specific rules of the market, competition, or event to which they apply. Odds displayed at the time you place your bet are the odds at which your wager will be settled, provided that no obvious pricing error or technical fault has occurred. In the event of a manifest error in odds — including prices that are clearly inconsistent with the true market — kkjl reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the member's account without further liability. Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed without notice depending on real-time developments in the event, including injuries, weather conditions, or technical interruptions from the data feed provider. It is your responsibility to ensure that your bet selection and stake are correct before confirming your wager, as bets confirmed and accepted by the system cannot ordinarily be cancelled or amended.

Accumulator bets involving multiple selections are settled based on the combined outcome of all legs included in the slip. If one or more selections in an accumulator are voided due to postponement, cancellation, or a pricing error, the remaining legs will be re-calculated at reduced odds. kkjl does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, competition, or fixture, and reserves the right to withdraw markets at any time prior to the commencement of an event. Any winnings arising from bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity, exploitation of system errors, or collusion with other parties will be voided and the account may be permanently closed. Members who are found to have placed bets in a pattern consistent with professional arbitrage or abuse of promotional terms may have their betting limits adjusted or their accounts restricted at kkjl's sole discretion.

4. Casino-Style Games and Entertainment

The casino-style games available on kkjl, including slots and live dealer formats, are provided for entertainment purposes and are governed by the rules specific to each game format as presented within the platform interface. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer procedures, and kkjl does not manipulate results in favour of or against any individual player. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from interrupted betting sessions, data transmission errors, or temporary unavailability of specific markets or game formats. Our total liability to any individual member in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the value of the net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Members accept that sports betting and casino-style entertainment carry inherent financial risk, and that kkjl is not responsible for any betting or gaming losses that result from decisions made by the member.

9. Amendments to These Terms

kkjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of kkjl that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. kkjl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming and entertainment services. Members who access the platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the service complies with any local laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions creates any agency, partnership, or employment relationship between kkjl and any member.
